In the other John Doe comment I left I explained how I was disappointed at how they made a mistake with my order. I was angry and that review was unfair. I sent them an email and they got back to me quickly and swiftly saying that they will re deliver my actual order. Overall, the service is good. I made a mistake on my part in writing a bad review. I ordered 5 Ginseng Teas and I got 5 Ginger Teas. I have sent you guys an email so please respond. I’m not happy with my order. How could you be so careless.
